With you as my witness, here's my pre-New Year's resolution - a return to optimum health. Step One: I'm so psyched that I found this place - Synergy Hot Yoga - http://www.synergyhotyoga.com/index.html. It's minutes from home (in Fair Haven), so no excuses, a great way to get warm, healthy and maybe meet some cool people. I'll let you know how the first class goes. Step Two: heading to our local YMCA this morning. I love the no-frills attitude of the Y, just go, get your workout in, and leave. They have an indoor pool and year-round swim lessons, so the kids will be happy too.
